About me
I started my career as an electrician, although at the age of 26 I found my passion to become a property investor. Before I knew it, I had purchased and built multiple properties across Australia. While my electrical career was funding my newfound desire to invest in property, it also meant being away a lot for work. My new concern was, how to find a way to manage them efficiently, cost effectively and secure great tenants that would treat my properties with respect. After the use of many property management companies, that didn’t have the same proactive mindset and attention to detail, I was left with no other option but to start my own property management company. So, ACTIVE Property Services was born!
After securing a great property manager, together we developed a simple formula that consists of; what is best for the owner, whilst being mindful of keeping our tenants happy and trouble free. This formula has shown to work, with the company consistently maintaining a 98% average occupancy with many positive testimonials. I’m confident to say that we manage and maintain all our owners’ properties like they are our own.
When I take off my sparky, investor and director hats, I enjoy getting out and about. Exercising is a big part of my life and I always enjoy a long run around the city and river looking for new opportunities. I love a good backyard BBQ with friends and family. In the winter Mt Hotham is my go-to place for snowboarding and I visit as often as possible. I am always up for a new adventure exploring the world.
